MAST Consult was founded by Paul Alexandru Stoia, a consultant trained in McKinsey methodology who spent years watching two problems repeat: Romanian companies making strategic decisions without proper analysis, and businesses leaving millions in EU funding unclaimed because the application process is impenetrable. MAST exists to fix both — and to build the technology that makes good strategy operational. Based in Timișoara, working across Romania and Europe.
