Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MAST Consult S.R.L. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MAST Consult provides strategic consulting, EU funding advisory, and technology development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be detailed in a separate written agreement or proposal.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services, respond to our requests for information in a timely manner, and make payments according to the agreed terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, frameworks, tools, and pre-existing materials remain with MAST Consult. Deliverables created specifically for a client project are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during an engagement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAST Consult's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Timișoara, Romania.
