Our Incentives Are Aligned With Yours
We charge a fixed upfront fee for the preparation work — typically €2,000–€5,000 depending on program complexity. This covers the research, writing, financial modeling, and application management.
On top of that, we charge a success fee of 3–5% of the approved grant value. This fee is only payable if your application is approved and funded. If you don't get the grant, you don't pay the success fee.
Why does this matter? Because it means we're not incentivized to take on applications we don't believe will succeed. If we accept your project, it's because we genuinely believe we can get it approved. Our revenue depends on your success — not on billing hours.
